My Journey
My path into healing began with my own search for peace and balance. For years, I felt the quiet pull to understand energy, intuition, and the deep connection between humans, animals, and the world around us. My path reached a critical juncture when my husband of 38 years and my beloved mum passed away within eight months of each other. What started as a personal curiosity soon became a calling.
Through my own healing experiences, I discovered how powerful gentle, heart-centered support can be. I began studying energy work and spiritual practices, first to help myself, and then to hold space for others who were also seeking comfort, clarity, and relief.
As I learned and journeyed, I was encouraged by gifted teachers and others who saw a light within and around me, as well as Angels surrounding me. During a particularly powerful meditation experience, I experienced this light and my Angels for myself. I have been blessed to be able to access them for myself and others ever since.
Over time, I was guided to extend this work to animals as well. Through my in-home dog sanctuary and hospice over the last 25+ years, I’ve seen and felt our animal companions
Training & Background
My work is rooted in both intuition and solid training. Over the years, I’ve been guided to teachers and practices that deepen my ability to hold safe, loving space for people and their animal companions.
I have completed training in energy healing modalities that focus on gentle, heart-centered support for the body, mind, and spirit. I am a certified and attuned Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as have extensive training in Yoga Nidra, Resilience, Meditation, Circles, Mindfulness, and Breathwork. My studies include working with subtle energy, intuitive guidance, and spiritual connection, always with the intention of bringing comfort, clarity, and balance. With over 34 years of experience in education as a teacher of all ages, principal, and coach, I bring to you my love and expertise in teaching you to connect with your Angels, your loved ones, and yourself.
Along the way, I’ve also learned how closely our animals are linked to our own energy. I’ve studied approaches that honor this bond, so I can support both you and your pets as a connected whole. I am fully attuned and certified in Animal Reiki. Every session is shaped by what you and your animal need in the moment, rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
